| Obverse description | The obverse features the fourth portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, depicted in right-facing profile bust with diadem and necklace, modelled by Ian Rank-Broadley whose initials IRB appear beneath the truncation. The effigy is set within a raised circular border against the square flan, with the Mint of Poland mintmark (mw) visible to the left of the portrait.
