| Obverse description | The sixth and final official effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, as sculpted by Jody Clark, occupies the central field in right-facing profile. The Queen is depicted wearing the George IV State Diadem, a pearl drop earring, and a pearl necklace, rendered with fine detail against a frosted field.
