Reverse description The reverse features a pad-printed color depiction of a female superhero in a dramatic action pose, clad in a dark bodysuit with green accents, her red hair flowing as she lunges forward with one fist raised. The figure is set against an incuse-engraved urban cityscape background rendered in the field. The inscription SUPER STRENGTH appears in bold lettering on a stylized banner in the lower portion of the design, with the Perth Mint privy mark P and the initials TV also present in the field.

Additional information

Part of the Perth Mint's "Young Collectors" series aimed squarely at drawing children into the hobby, this issue used pad printing — a process borrowed from industrial product decoration — to apply colored detail directly onto the coin surface. The technique was unconventional enough in 2014 that the Royal Australian Mint declined to produce it, leaving Perth to handle the run entirely.
