Additional information

The Silver Kangaroo dollar was introduced by the Royal Australian Mint in 2013 as a direct competitor to the Perth Mint's long-running silver bullion program — the RAM had largely ceded the silver bullion market for decades. Unlike Perth's Kangaroo series, which rotates designs annually, the RAM's bullion issues have had a more inconsistent production history, making earlier dates marginally harder to source in quantity.
