Reverse description The reverse presents a highly detailed, lifelike depiction of a saltwater crocodile (Crocodylus porosus) in a three-quarter forward-facing pose, its powerful jaws slightly open to reveal the dentition, with the heavily armoured body and scaly tail extending to the right. The design is attributed to A. Bindi and rendered with exceptional sculptural relief against a background of concentric ripple patterns evoking water. The legend SALTWATER CROCODILE arcs along the upper rim, while BINDI - ONE DOLLAR appears in the lower arc. The fineness and weight inscription 1oz .999 Ag is placed in the lower central field beneath the animal.
