| Obverse description | The fourth portrait effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, as modelled by Ian Rank-Broadley, faces right, wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara. The truncation of the bust is bare and naturalistically rendered, with fine detail in the hair and crown.
