Reverse description Central depiction of Galadriel, the Elven queen from J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings, rendered in high relief. The figure is shown as a long-haired, serene female bearing the Mirror of Galadriel — a large shallow basin — raised in her hands above the field. Stylised water streams cascade from the basin, and the background features decorative foliate and woodland motifs evoking the forest of Lothlórien. The denomination $1 appears in an exergual panel at the base, with the copyright notice NLR, Inc. inscribed in the lower right field.
