| 背面描述 | The reverse, designed by P.J. Lynch, presents a poignant commemorative composition honouring ANZAC Day. In the upper left field, a diminutive silhouette of a soldier sounding the Last Post on a bugle stands atop a stylised cenotaph or plinth. To the right, a pair of elderly hands, rendered in fine detail with naturalistic texture, cradle a single red poppy — the universal symbol of remembrance. The inscriptions LEST WE FORGET and APRIL 25 appear in the left field in mixed serif and display lettering. The Perth Mint privy mark P is visible in the lower left field, with a secondary mint mark U to the right. |

Australia has issued Remembrance Day dollars in various forms since the 1990s, but this Perth Mint release belongs to a later run of coloured and themed circulation-style strikes aimed squarely at the collector market rather than commerce. The poppy colouring — applied after striking — occasionally flakes on heavily handled examples, making mint-state survivors with intact colour the only pieces worth cataloguing seriously.
