The Alphabet Collection was a Royal Australian Mint project spanning 2015 to 2017, issuing a coin for each letter with reverse designs aimed squarely at children learning to read. The pad printing technique — a process borrowed from industrial product decoration rather than traditional minting — allowed full-colour imagery directly onto the struck surface, something conventional enamel inlay cannot achieve at this scale and cost.
KM#3046 logs the Letter N specifically. These were sold individually through the mint's retail channel, never circulated.
