The "Stronger" dollar was part of a four-coin series released by the Royal Australian Mint ahead of the London 2012 Summer Olympics, each coin corresponding to one element of the Olympic motto — Citius, Altius, Fortius. The series was intended as a circulation issue rather than a collector product, meaning examples entered everyday commerce and genuine uncirculated survivors are less common than the mintage figures might suggest.
