| 裏面の説明 | The reverse features a large heart-shaped motif in the centre of the field, rendered against a darkened background and framed by an ornate border of scrolling foliate arabesques and stylised white flowers in colour. Within the heart, two gold-gilt doves face one another with beaks touching, their wings outstretched symmetrically, and together they hold a faceted heart-shaped blue crystal gemstone between them, symbolising union and matrimonial love. The surrounding field is richly decorated with engraved scrollwork interspersed with small heart devices and coloured white blossoms at the upper right and lower portions of the border. The design carries no legends or inscriptions. |
