Obverse description	Rectangular gold foil note-style piece featuring, at right, a detailed effigy of Queen Elizabeth II in coronation regalia — crowned, draped, and holding the orb and sceptre — rendered in a monochrome engraved style against a burnished gold field. At center, the Public Seal of Niue is prominently displayed, encircled by a decorative rope border surmounted by a crown, with crossed swords below and a ribbon scroll inscribed ATUA / NIUE TUKULAGI. The left portion of the field bears a fern frond motif and a crowned EiiR royal cypher within an oval, accompanied by diagonal repeated legends reading 1/1000 TROY OZ. 24K GOLD. The legend NIUE appears in bold at the lower center, with the numeral 1 positioned at each corner. The serial number AA0000 and date 2023 appear in red and gold respectively at the upper center.
