| Opis rewersu | Two Purple Finches (Haemorhous purpureus) depicted in vivid full-colour application against a polished silver field. The upper bird perches on a bare branch facing left, while the lower bird is positioned below and to the right, also facing right, both rendered with richly detailed crimson and deep purple plumage. The composition is framed by blooming and budding magnolia flowers and branches extending across the entire field, all treated in naturalistic colour ranging from deep rose to soft violet.
