The entire design is struck into a fragment of the Nantan iron meteorite, giving the field a distinctive grey, striated texture with natural fissures and mineral inclusions. The legend NIUE ISLAND arcs along the left periphery and ONE DOLLAR along the right, with the date 2024 appearing in the lower exergual area. |
