Beschrijving voorzijde The obverse features the Public Seal of Niue rendered in high relief at centre, consisting of a circular shield bearing a stylised floral motif, surmounted by a royal crown and flanked by laurel branches, with two crossed ceremonial staffs below. Above the seal, a pair of confronted double-headed eagles with spread wings and imperial crowns forms a prominent decorative element in the Neo-Imperial style. The purity mark 'Ag 999' appears to the upper left of the field. The legend 'PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE' arcs above the central device, flanked by 'NIUE' to the left and '2025' to the right, with the motto 'ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI' inscribed on a scroll below the seal. The denomination '1 DOLLAR' is lettered in bold capitals along the lower rim, with a continuous guilloche border encircling the entire composition.

Beschrijving keerzijde The reverse depicts a faithful artistic rendition of the Charles III Golden Table Clock, a celebrated Fabergé masterpiece, executed in vivid yellow guilloché enamel. The circular clock face, set within a finely beaded gold-tone border, displays Arabic numerals one through twelve and ornate gold hands, with the signature 'Fabergé Art' inscribed across the dial. Encircling the clock face is a wreath of delicately rendered gold laurel branches, accented at three points by inlaid cubic zirconia stones simulating diamond rose-cuts. The broad outer border is decorated with a continuous wave-pattern guilloche motif in yellow enamel, framed by a rope-pattern rim. The overall design faithfully evokes the Belle Époque opulence characteristic of the House of Fabergé.
