Obverse description The obverse displays the Public Seal of Niue rendered in high relief at center, comprising a circular heraldic device surmounted by a royal crown and encircled by a wreath of laurel-like foliage with diamond-shaped ornaments. The seal itself depicts a traditional Niuean motif surrounded by a decorative border, with a ribbon banner beneath inscribed ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI. The legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE arcs along the upper portion of the seal. Below the central device, the denomination 1 dollar is boldly inscribed in the lower field, accompanied by the Lithuanian Mint mark, the fineness designation Ag 999, and the date 2025.

Reverse description The reverse features a full-colour reproduction of a painting in a fairy-tale artistic style, depicted within a raised rectangular frame on the square silver flan. The scene presents a vast atmospheric landscape under a warm golden and blue sky, in which a large bird with outstretched wings soars prominently in the upper portion of the field. In the lower portion, a small child figure sits atop a lush green hill, reaching toward a white dandelion. The composition evokes the dreamlike imagery characteristic of Charles III's illustrated fairy tale, rendered with rich polychrome colouring and a painterly, impressionistic technique.
