Beschrijving keerzijde A richly coloured high-relief composition depicting two red kangaroos in an Australian outback setting. In the foreground, a large kangaroo rests on white sandy ground facing right, rendered in naturalistic tones of russet and grey with fine fur detail. A second kangaroo strides across a grassy hill in the middle ground to the left, accompanied by a distinctive Australian grass tree (Xanthorrhoea). The legend KANGAROO arcs prominently along the upper right periphery in bold relief, with the inscription 2025 1oz 9999 SILVER along the upper left. The Perth Mint's P mintmark and the engraver's initials NH appear within the field.

Aanvullende informatie

Perth Mint's high-relief strikes in this format require significantly greater die pressure and multiple passes, which limits usable output per die pair and accounts for the premium over standard bullion issues. The Charles III obverse — sculpted by Samlor — was introduced following the King's accession in September 2022 and appears here in its first portrait iteration, before any revised effigy is adopted.
