The legend BARBADOS arcs along the upper periphery in raised Latin letters, while the weight and fineness inscription 10 g Ti 990 appears to the lower left and the denomination 1 DOLLAR is inscribed along the lower rim. The motto PRIDE AND INDUSTRY is rendered on the scroll of the coat of arms in the lower center of the design.
