The date 2007 is split across the lower field flanking the arms, with the numeral '20' to the left and '07' to the right. The circular legend 'REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA' arcs along the upper rim, with the motto 'THE LOVE OF LIBERTY BROUGHT US HERE' inscribed in a secondary concentric arc. The denomination '1 DOLLAR' and 'REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA' appear in the lower portion of the field. |

| Additional information |
Liberia's dollar series from the mid-2000s was produced almost entirely for the collector market, issued under licensing arrangements with foreign minting firms rather than through any domestic monetary infrastructure. Liberia had no functioning mint of its own. The "Bern" designation places this within a city-themed subseries, a format that generated considerable criticism among numismatists for prioritizing sales volume over coherent monetary rationale.
