| 正面描述 | The National Coat of Arms of Fiji occupies the central field within a polished oval cartouche, flanked by two Fijian warriors as supporters, each in traditional dress — the dexter supporter holding a spear and the sinister holding a tabua (whale's tooth). The quartered shield displays a British lion passant in the chief quarter, with sugarcane, a coconut palm, a dove of peace, and a British lion holding a cocoa pod in the remaining quarters, surmounted by a sailing vessel. A scroll beneath the shield bears the national motto. The legend FIJI appears in the upper field and the date 2015 in the lower field, all set against a finely engine-turned, diagonally hatched background. |

Issued under Fiji's ongoing commemorative dollar program, which licenses foreign historical subjects with some regularity, this piece marks the 25th anniversary of German reunification. Berlin's division and the Wall's construction in 1961 were largely ignored by Western numismatic issues at the time — the commemorative flood came only after 1989.
Fiji has no historical connection to Berlin whatsoever. The licensing arrangement is purely commercial, a common practice among small Pacific island nations whose minting authority generates revenue through themed collector issues rather than circulating coinage.
