Reverse description The reverse depicts a colourised reproduction of the German Reichsbank 20 Mark banknote of 1915 (Erstausgabe), centrally positioned in the field and shown in full colour as an applied inset. Flanking the banknote are two allegorical figures in high relief: a male figure to the left, shown in three-quarter view with foliage, and a female figure to the right, shown in profile with flowing hair. A lattice or crosshatch decorative background fills the upper field behind the figures. The legend "20.-BANKNOTE" appears along the upper rim, with "REICHSBANK" at lower left and "ERSTAUSGABE 1915" at lower right, all in Latin script.
