| Reverse description | Irregular square reverse flan with hammered surface bearing multiple lines of Nagari script in raised relief, arranged diagonally across the field. The inscription, partially legible due to die wear and flan irregularity, carries the dynastic or administrative legend associated with the Nawanagar state issue. The rough, uneven edges of the flan are characteristic of hand-hammered copper coinage produced in the Kathiawar region during the late 17th and early 18th centuries. |
