Beschrijving voorzijde	The obverse bears a multiline Arabic script inscription reading 'Ek Paisa Junagadh Riyasat' arranged across the field, with the Vikram Samvat date 1963 inscribed in the lower portion. The legends are rendered in a bold, raised relief characteristic of Indian princely state coinage of the early twentieth century.
