| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field occupied by a multi-line Arabic religious legend arranged in horizontal bands, typical of Abbasid-derived dirham coinage. The kalima (profession of faith) is inscribed in angular Kufic script across the central area of the flan. A marginal legend encircles the central inscription along the outer border of the coin, separated by a circular line. The flan is irregular and slightly clipped at the edge, characteristic of hammered silver dirhams of the period. The overall style follows the epigraphic tradition of eastern Islamic coinage of the 4th century AH. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Central field contains a multi-line Arabic inscription in Kufic script, arranged in horizontal registers within a double linear border, following the standard reverse format of Abbasid-style dirhams. The inscription includes the name of the Sallarid ruler Wahsudan b. Muhammad and the mint name Ardabil, along with the regnal or Hijri date. A marginal legend in Arabic Kufic script runs along the circumference of the coin. The flan shows slight irregularity consistent with hand-struck silver coinage of the 4th century AH. The script style is angular and formal, consistent with contemporary Islamic epigraphic coinage traditions. |
