Beschrijving voorzijde	Central field occupied by a multi-line Arabic religious legend arranged in horizontal bands within a plain inner circle. The text includes the Islamic profession of faith (shahada) and the name of the ruling authority. A circular marginal legend in Arabic script runs between two concentric linear borders, containing the mint name, date, and Quranic or honorific formulae. The flan is irregular and somewhat uneven, characteristic of hand-struck medieval Islamic silver coinage.

Aanvullende informatie	The Wajihids were a minor Iranian dynasty governing the Kirman region under nominal Samanid suzerainty during the mid-tenth century. Muhammad b. Yusuf held power in a politically precarious position — the Samanids to the north and the Buyids pressing from the west left regional governors with limited autonomy and shorter tenures than their coin output might suggest. Album's A#A1162 designation reflects how thinly documented this series remains in the primary literature.
