The Rassid imamate of Yemen operated from the highland stronghold of Sa'da, and their coinage reflects a dynasty that governed intermittently across several centuries through a combination of Zaydi religious authority and tribal alliance. Al-Nasir Muhammad ibn Abdallah Huth is among the lesser-documented Rassid rulers, and dirhams struck under his name are correspondingly scarce in institutional collections.
