| Obverse description | The coat of arms of the State of Kelantan occupies the central field, depicting a royal crown surmounted by a star at the top, flanked by two rampant deer as supporters on either side. The escutcheon bears a crescent moon, a star, and crossed ceremonial weapons, with Arabic-script Jawi inscriptions on a decorative ribbon below. A raised inner circle frames the arms.
