The 1950 Dinar series was prepared amid Yugoslavia's dramatic rupture with the Soviet Union — the Tito-Stalin split of 1948 had left the country politically isolated and economically precarious. "Informbiro" is the Yugoslav term for the Cominform, the Soviet-aligned Communist Information Bureau that expelled Yugoslavia in June 1948, and notes carrying that label in collector parlance were printed but never released, almost certainly shelved as the political situation made any association with that nomenclature awkward.
P#67P confirms this as a proof. ZIN-printed proofs from this period rarely left official hands.
