Not a state-issued banknote but a privately-issued emergency scrip, printed and circulated by the Cvetan Dimov soap and cosmetics factory in Skopje. This type of token currency — sometimes called "fabrički bonovi" in Yugoslav industrial slang — was issued by enterprises when coin shortages made small-denomination change effectively impossible to obtain through normal channels. The factory's own stamp served as the sole authentication, making forgery trivially easy but also pointless, given the note's redemption was limited entirely to the issuing enterprise and its immediate workers.
