| 背面描述 | Central field contains a multi-line Arabic legend in Kufic script arranged in horizontal registers within a raised inner circle, referencing the Fatimid caliph al-Mustansir and the Sulayhid ruler. Two concentric circular inscription bands surround the central medallion, each separated by plain fillets and carrying further religious and honorific legends. The outermost band bears a continuous marginal Arabic inscription encircling the entire die area. The irregular flan edge and uneven strike are characteristic of hammered gold coinage of the Sulayhid period. |
