| Opis rewersu | At centre, a saltire (St. Andrew's Cross) is flanked by four fleur-de-lis, one in each angle of the cross, all contained within a six-arc tressure of Gothic tracery. Large open quatrefoils are placed within each of the six arcs of the tressure, their centres voided. The entire central device is set within a beaded circle, beyond which the circumferential legend in uncial Latin letters runs between two beaded borders near the irregular hammered rim, consistent with Scottish late medieval gold coinage style. |
