The "Kingdom of Time" is a private fantasy issuer with no governmental authority — these brass medallions were produced commercially to mark the tenth anniversary of the September 11 attacks. They circulated as novelty keepsakes rather than legal tender, sold primarily through souvenir and collector channels in the months surrounding the anniversary. The antiqued finish was applied artificially at striking, not acquired through age.
