| Reverse description | Plain, lightly struck field bearing a brief Arabic legend in two lines at center, rendered in a bold, somewhat worn naskh script. The inscription is set without a cartouche or border, directly on the irregular copper flan. The surrounding field is largely blank and shows surface porosity and wear consistent with circulation. The strike is off-center and uneven, typical of anonymous hammered issues from Shahrukhiya of the early sixteenth century. |
