Reverse description Reverse of this irregular hammered bronze dam displaying a two-line Arabic mint and regnal year legend in the central field. The inscription records the mint name Elichpur (Ilichpur) accompanied by the Hijri regnal year, struck in a crude naskh script consistent with provincial copper coinage of the Mughal period. The flan edges are uneven and show typical hammer-struck irregularities, with the legend occasionally running to the coin's periphery. The plain, undecorated field is standard for utilitarian copper issues of this type.
