Reverse description Crowned coat of arms of Philip II, comprising the quartered royal arms of Spain and Burgundy, with the jewel of the Order of the Golden Fleece suspended below on a decorative collar. The shield is superimposed upon the Burgundian saltire cross, flanked on either side by a firesteel, all elements emblematic of the Order of the Golden Fleece and the House of Habsburg. The circumferential legend in Latin is separated by pellets and enclosed within a beaded border. The overall composition follows the established heraldic convention of the Philipsdaalder series.
