| Obverse description | Right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II after the third portrait by Raphael Maklouf, depicting the Queen wearing the George IV State Diadem and a pearl necklace with pendant, her hair styled in characteristic curls. The truncation of the bust is draped. The legend ELIZABETH II arcs along the left field, ISLE OF MAN along the upper right, and the date 1995 along the lower right, with a dot separating the issuer from the date.
