Issued under the Isle of Man's long-running licensing arrangement with Pobjoy Mint, this piece appeared the same year Warner Bros. released *Chamber of Secrets* — the second film in the franchise — making it part of an aggressive wave of official numismatic tie-ins timed to the theatrical calendar.
