| Obverse description | Right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, as modelled by Raphael David Maklouf, wearing the George IV State Diadem, a pearl necklace, and earring, with finely detailed curled hair. The portrait is set against a deeply mirrored proof field. The circumferential legend reads 'ELIZABETH II' to the left and 'ISLE OF MAN · 1994' to the right, with the engraver's initials 'RDM' appearing below the truncation. |

| Additional information |
The 1994 Isle of Man football crown was issued ahead of the 1994 FIFA World Cup held in the United States — the first World Cup staged on American soil, and still the highest-attended in tournament history. The Isle of Man has no FIFA membership and fields no World Cup side, which makes the Treasury's decision to issue football-themed coinage a commercial calculation rather than a national sporting moment.
KM#370a is the silver proof version of a multi-variant release that included cupro-nickel circulation strikes.
