| Obverse description | Right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II after the fourth portrait by Ian Rank-Broadley, depicting the Queen wearing the George IV State Diadem and a pearl necklace. The truncation is bare and the portrait is rendered in high relief against a deeply mirrored proof field.
