A white dove in flight is shown to one side, accompanied by two Christian crosses and an additional decorative blue-striped design element echoing her vestments. The inscription SAINT TERESA OF CALCUTTA arcs along the lower field, with CANONISATION SEPT. 4 2016 completing the legend around the upper portion. The colour elements are applied by pad-printing over the gold-plated relief.
