| Reverse description | Seated frontal effigy of Lord Buddha in the lotus position atop a stylised lotus flower pedestal, right hand raised in the abhaya mudra gesture and left hand resting in the lap, with a circular halo or nimbus behind the head. Chinese characters appear in the upper right and lower field flanking the central figure, reading '細柔慈音' at the top and '佛光普照' across the lower portion. The inscription 'LORD BUDDHA' arcs along the upper left legend, with the denomination '1 CROWN' displayed in two lines at the base of the design. The entire composition is set within a plain recessed field with a beaded border. |
