Aanvullende informatie

On September 9, 2015, Elizabeth II surpassed Queen Victoria's record of 63 years and 216 days to become Britain's longest-reigning monarch — a threshold this coin was struck to mark. The Pobjoy Mint, operating under license from the Isle of Man, has produced commemorative issues for decades from its Surrey facility, functioning independently of the Royal Mint.

Victoria's record had stood for 63 years before being broken.
