| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse features a black-and-white photographic portrait of Elvis Presley in a relaxed, contemplative pose with his chin resting on his hand, rendered in selective coloring against a dark field. To the lower left, gold-plated musical notes and a stylized record disc provide decorative background elements. A large gold-plated vintage microphone, held by a hand, dominates the right side of the composition. In the lower field, the facsimile signature of Elvis Presley is inscribed in cursive script. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
Gibraltar has issued commemorative crowns under royal licence for decades, exploiting its status as a British Overseas Territory to produce themed collector pieces largely aimed at the gift market rather than numismatic circulation. This Elvis issue is one of several music-themed crowns in the 2021 programme, struck in gold-plated copper-nickel — a composition that flatters neither collector nor coin.
The song itself was recorded in 1961, adapted from a Neapolitan melody published in 1898.
