| Obverse description | Right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, diademed and wearing a pearl earring, rendered in high relief with finely detailed hair and crown. The portrait occupies the central field and is characteristic of the Rank-Broadley style used on Commonwealth issues of this period. The circumferential legend reads HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II · TDC, separated by a raised beaded border running along the rim. The date 2015 appears in the lower exergue beneath the portrait. The gold-plated surface gives the coin a warm, lustrous finish throughout. |
