| Obverse description | The fourth definitive effigy of Queen Elizabeth II faces right, rendered in high relief after the portrait by Ian Rank-Broadley. The Queen is depicted wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, with the engraver's initials IRB incused at the truncation of the shoulder.
