| 背面描述 | A large, gold-highlighted rendering of St. Edward's Crown occupies the left and lower portion of the field, depicted in fine relief with fleurs-de-lis, orb, and velvet cap rendered in meticulous detail. The background features a repeating lattice pattern of cross-pattée motifs inspired by the Lantern Ceiling of Westminster Abbey. The legend 1953 - 2018 CORONATION ANNIVERSARY arcs along the upper border, with ONE CROWN inscribed along the right inner margin. |

Tristan da Cunha is among the most remote permanently inhabited islands on earth — over 2,400 kilometers from the nearest landmass — and has issued commemorative crowns largely as a revenue mechanism for the territory rather than for any genuine circulatory purpose. These pieces are struck by the Pobjoy Mint or similar contractors on behalf of the island's administration, with the coins themselves rarely, if ever, reaching the South Atlantic.
The 65th Coronation Anniversary fell in 2018, marking June 2, 1953. Silver-plated copper-nickel rather than sterling silver.
