Gibraltar's Royal Mint-produced crown series has long leaned on licensed sporting events for collector revenue, and the Six Nations issues are among the more commercially routine of these. France won the 2023 Six Nations Championship with a Grand Slam — their first since 2010 — which at least gives this particular piece a genuine commemorative hook rather than mere participation acknowledgment.
