| Obverse description | Blue-green intaglio print on salmon-tinted paper. A central oval vignette contains a classical allegorical female figure, half-draped, in a reclining pose. Flanking the vignette are two ornate guilloche panels bearing the numeral "1" in large script. Serial numbers are printed in red at upper left and upper right, with the series date printed vertically along each lateral margin. Two signature lines appear at the bottom, designated "El Presidente de la República" and "El Ministro de Hacienda," with a third line at lower right for "Gerente General." A two-column legal text in Spanish runs across the lower portion of the note. |
