Reverse description Large, elaborately detailed crowned coat of arms of the Electorate of Saxony, incorporating the many quarterings reflecting Friedrich August II's multiple titles as King of Poland, Grand Duke of Lithuania, and Elector of Saxony, flanked by ornate baroque mantling and laurel-style supporters. The mint master's initials F.W.oF appear in the lower central field beneath the shield. A circular Latin legend surrounds the composition, including the date 1763 at the top, referencing the coin's fineness and the Elector's dignity as Arch-Marshal and Elector of the Holy Roman Empire.
