The hair is dressed long, tied at the nape of the neck and falling over the shoulder in the fashion of the period. A Latin legend encircles the effigy, and the engraver's initials H.ST. appear below the bust truncation. The portrait is rendered in the refined late-Baroque style characteristic of the Munich mint. |
